Mr. Dinesh Poraniya, Mr. Devang Shrimali, and Mr. Vipul Kumar combined their knowledge, personal energy, and capital resources to build an institutional platform of structural accountability.
Mr. Dinesh Poraniya
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr. Poraniya directs the foundational strategy, high-level policy design, and organizational scaling models of Nivansh Foundation. Drawing from an extensive background in corporate management and public strategy, he leads the execution of our multi-segment social programs. His focus centers on establishing strategic partnerships with regional institutions, managing cross-functional team productivity, and ensuring that high-level visions are successfully translated into transparent, high-impact field actions.
Mr. Devang Shrimali
Director of Finance & Corporate Compliance Officer
Holding deep roots in capital allocation, investment strategy, and statutory compliance, Mr. Shrimali leads the absolute financial governance and capital efficiency systems of Nivansh Foundation. Operating with rigorous transparency standards, he designs the compliance frameworks that ensure all localized resources are utilized optimally. He oversees asset mapping, budget management, and operational audits, ensuring every programmatic deployment drives maximum social impact at the grassroots level.
Mr. Vipul Kumar
Director of Operations & Ground Force Commander
Serving as the active logistical link between organizational planning and physical delivery, Mr. Kumar commands the field operations, volunteer mobilization networks, and localized safety measures. With years of experience managing regional networks and structural rollouts, he directly supervises project setups across rural and suburban target hubs. From managing site deployments to coordinating community spaces, his operational focus ensures projects run safely, efficiently, and with immediate local impact.

Long-Term Self-Reliance Over Short-Term Dependency
The operational model of Nivansh Foundation is guided by a definitive core standard. Traditional temporary handouts can unintentionally weaken individual agency and create cyclic patterns of dependency.
Therefore, our programs are structured to transfer practical skills, build localized capabilities, and foster genuine psychological ownership among participants. We evaluate success by the real independence and structural resilience achieved by the families we serve.
